I used to be a proud owner of a Sony Ericsson w810i. I used it for everything - taking photographs of decent quality, stored all of my music on there to keep me entertained during long bus rides or whenever I felt like it, my alarm clock, calander, text messaging, etc. The thing was my pride and joy, until one gloomy January ('08) evening when I was doing my laundry and forgot to remove it from my jeans pocket. I was devastated.
I tried to dry it out, but it never worked again. A room mate of mine loaned me an old Motorolla Rockr, and I despised the thing profusely. It was ugly, it looked like a brick, and the navigation frustrated me to no end.
I'd gone without music for months, and my father bought an iPod for me for my birthday last week. So, I was browsing around on Rogers a couple of days ago and decided to click the "Upgrade My Phone" link to see what would happen - and lo and behold I was presented with a bunch of wireless products to choose from. This excited me.
I am now a proud owner of a Sony Ericsson K790, the camera phone (which is exceptional quality for a cellphone, I must say). It was worth the wait, for sure. Sony products are simply the shiv. Sleek and sexy.
